pricing is largely dependent on size and difficulty:

small: runs from about $250-$500

medium: $500-$750

large: $750 and up

please be informed that I prefer to work on the small side.

I am also happy to do pet portraits. They come in one size (6x8 inches) and are priced at $275 each.  You send me a small selection of (preferably) high quality photos and I will help pick the one that I think will work best. or.. you're deadset on one! that is also fine. I'm flexible.
